Four tools
Every vet paper, receipt and report in one app
Exam notes, lab results and receipts tend to scatter. This is where they can stop scattering.
Vet report
Pick 14, 30 or 90 days and get a written summary ordered for an avian vet: your bird, weight, diet, any tracked condition, medications, vet care, droppings, water, daily checks, activity and documents. Plain text and facts only.
- Walk in with dates instead of guesses
- Share it as a text file, or copy it
- Owner-logged, and marked as not a diagnosis
Vet documents
Keep photos and PDFs of exam records, lab or DNA results, invoices, prescriptions and insurance papers on your device. Tag them, open them in the app and share them when you need to.
- They sit in the app’s private folder on your device
- Up to 15 MB each: PDF, JPEG, PNG, HEIC or WebP
- Nothing is sent to us
Insurance claims
Put the costs of one visit or incident together as a claim, with the insurer and policy number, and get a total plus a CSV to send in.
- Mark it draft, submitted, paid or denied, and record what was reimbursed
- Keep the invoice in Vet documents, ready to send with it
- It organizes your paperwork and does not file anything for you
Back up & restore
All your birds and all their records go into a single file. Keep it in Files or iCloud Drive and bring it to a new phone.
- Restore adds what is missing, and where a record is in both places it keeps the newer copy
- No active plan needed
- Left out of the file: vet documents and past Listen results
Where it lives
Where your bird’s records are kept
Kept on your device
Logs, documents and claims live on your phone. You do not sign up for an account, and the app sends us no copy. If iCloud Backup is on for your device, iOS can include this app’s data in that backup.
You decide what leaves
Backups, reports and documents go only where you share them. The other thing that leaves is what you choose to send for a sound analysis, and we explain that part too.
Cancelling does not cost you your records
After a plan lapses, your logs, medications, care calendar, condition logs, documents, claims, vet report and past results can still be opened and exported, and backing up and restoring still work. New entries, the food tools and the sound analysis need an active plan. Saved fresh mixes, the mix check and a running seed switch sit on food screens, so until you resubscribe you can only reach them through a backup file.
We do not lock you out of your bird’s history
If your subscription pauses, you can still read, share, export, back up and restore your logs, medications, care calendar, condition logs, documents and claims. Adding or deleting entries stops, and so do call analysis, the food tools, and adding or editing a bird. And if vet bills are behind the pause, please look at the care program.
